Benson found her son in 2014 in the “motel room of child pornographers” according to the show’s Fandom page for the character. Noah was sold to the couple/pornographers and wasn’t picked up after the media covered the children who had been rescued.

He was placed in the foster care system, and his mother was going to get clean so she could “testify against her pimp,” but she was brutally assaulted and killed.
